The stay here was very very good in the winter time.

Exceptionally friendly and delightful hotel that has fantastic staff from manager to chambermaids. The rooms are particularly good and bright with shower, so that guests have essentials. There are lots of supplies like: armchairs

A nice size units with tea and coffee. Exceptionally nice location, a short walk to everywhere.

the location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect and the free parking was onsite. the rooms with tv, bath, for example were a nice size.

Plenty of food for breakfast, which was brilliant to satisfy everyone. We had a comfy bedroom. This hotel was set in a central area next to the pier which leads onto the beautiful gardens and buses to the town and to Poole

It was in the central location close to the Bus stops. The food was exceptional and there were plenty of dishes in the menu.
